Our advanced injection system minimises aluminum turbulence, resulting in a smooth
injection process due to a hardness lower than the machine sleeve (approximately 21
Hrc).
Nihon Cast design prevents pressure drops and aluminum backflash by ensuring
the ring expands precisely against the sleeve.
This system eliminates scratches and damage to the sleeve and plunger,
